AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Teams and officials who have booked accommodation through the Plovdiv Organising Committee (OC) will be offered transportation between Sofia International Airport / Plovdiv International Airport and Plovdiv free of charge.

Teams or officials arranging their own accommodation must contact the OC separately if they require airport transfers. In such cases, the service will be provided for an additional fee.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

The Plovdiv Organising Committee will provide regular shuttle service connecting the official hotels and the regatta venue during training and competition days.

For teams and officials accommodated via the OC, this service is free of charge during the official training and racing period.

Please note: A fee will apply for shuttle service before the official opening of the venue.

TEAM VEHICLES AND PARKING

Due to limited parking at the venue, only teams accommodated through the OC will be granted vehicle access to the venue.

• All participants are expected to use the official transport system.
• Only vehicles with valid parking permits will be allowed entry into the regatta venue.
