ACCOMMODATION

A wide range of accommodation options is available in Plovdiv for teams and officials attending the 2026 World Rowing U19 Championships, including premium, first, second and third category hotels, as well as low-cost options. All quoted prices are in EURO, per person, per day, based on full board, and include airport transfers and local shuttle bus services.

Booking Procedure

Member Federations are kindly requested to book their team’s accommodation exclusively through the Organising Committee no later than 6 May 2026.

Payment Conditions

A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required by 6 June 2026

The remaining balance must be paid by 6 July 2026

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations (partial or full) must be submitted in writing to the OC Accommodation Department. Refunds will be processed as follows:

Before 6 May 2026 – no cancellation fee

6 May – 6 June 2026 – 90% refund of the total accommodation cost

6 June – 6 July 2026 – 50% refund of the total accommodation cost

After 6 July 2026 or no-show – no refund
